Inspired by fragments of history and mystery of archaeological remains, Daga was founded by Ayşe Daga in Istanbul, AD. 2021 as a desire to create jewellery that “lasts.” 

Her work draws reference from her Anatolian heritage and ancient mediterranean cultures. Each piece can be seen as an amulet, an art piece from the past, a jewel to collect over time, retaining the emotion and carrying it to its wearer.

Daga approaches jewelry as objects of power that bring people together by the universal language of jewelry, seeking to capture the spirit of ancient civilizations. 

Bringing back the Archeological Revival movement of 18th and 19th centuries inspired by the excavations and discoveries of Roman, Egyptian, Hellenistic and Etruscan sites, each collection focuses on an aspect, a story from the past and create its own way of communication, its aura.
